What's Cooking in Kansas City?

Well, that'd be me. Cooking for dogs and the people who love them.  I just agreed to teach a cooking class August 27th at the Whole Foods Cooking Studio in Overland Park, Missouri.  The previous classes I've taught here in Portland have been so much fun, that I'm looking forward to this one as well. I've got a lot to pack in a two hour class, luckily I talk fast and can move around the kitchen at lightning speed.

I'll be sharing my recipes for Mutt Loaf, a special cookie, supplements, and one of the best and easiest recipes to make for your dog.  I'll also be showing students my recipe for Salmon cakes and we'll be serving the human version at the class.  Each student will go home with some samples of the recipes and handouts that will start them out right.
